Return & Refund Policy
Watershopbd.com will happily accept returns due to change the customer’s mind as long as the request to return is received within 7 to 10 working days (Inside Dhaka - 5 days & Outside Dhaka - 10 days) after item delivery, and is returned to us intact in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Before returning, you have to inform us about your return. We may need to ask you to send us some pictures of the product to be sure about the intactness of the product.
And if the product is huge like a powerful industrial water purifier, then our people may need to visit your places to investigate the intactness of the product.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping methods. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to customers within 7 days. We will notify you once it has been completed through email. We (Watershopbd) will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product or request a refund under the following conditions:
a. If the product is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered.
b. For Water Purifier machines, returns or refunds are only accepted before installation.
Inspection and Evaluation
a. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue and its eligibility for a refund or replacement.
b. If the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will contact you to discuss potential solutions.
Exclusions
Our return and refund policy does not cover the following:
a. Damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect of the product.
b. Products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with in any manner.
c. Consumables, such as filters, that have been opened or used.
